All alteration bookings are subject to garment evaluation. Final pricing and turnaround timelines are confirmed upon physical inspection of the garment during the fitting session. We reserve the right to decline work on garments that are in unhygienic condition or structurally unviable for modification.
Clients are required to bring appropriate footwear and undergarments intended for wear with the altered garment to all fitting sessions. Brylumexa is not responsible for incorrect hemlines resulting from changes in footwear after fitting pin adjustments.
We provide a 14-day Perfect Fit Guarantee from the date of garment collection. If an adjustment falls short of agreed specifications confirmed during fitting, we will re-alter the piece at no additional fee. Modifications requested outside the original scope will incur additional charges.
Garments completed and left unclaimed for more than 90 calendar days following notification of completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal in accordance with applicable UK bailment laws.

Brylumexa shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any event, our total liability for any damaged or lost garment during repair shall not exceed the current fair market value of the item or five times the cost of the alteration service, whichever is lower.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
